MECHANIC REDEVELOPMENT:
Baltimore, Maryland

This redevelopment plan consists of approximately 115,000 sq. ft. of retail space (50,000 sq. ft. on the street level and a 65,000 sq. ft. in two additional levels), a 15 story apartment tower and expansion of the existing parking garage. The existing building consisted of a theatre, underground parking, and retail/restaurant space running along Hopkins Plaza. The theatre has been vacant since July 2004 and the restaurants have been vacant for several years.
