HARBOR PARK APARTMENTS:

J.T. Fishman & Associates was asked to design an apartment building housing 200 luxury apartments in the heart of the entertainment district and tourist attractions. The challenge of this project was to design a twenty story tower over an existing 9 level parking garage. JTFA oriented the living units to take advantage of views of the city skyline and the inner harbor.
