This 100,500 square foot shopping center renovation was awarded best retail/rehab center in 2002 by the NAIOP. The project included the conversion of existing bowling alley space into new retail space with an added second floor incorporating offices and a new (55,000 square foot) Safeway store. Services provided included tenant alteration plans and coordination of tenant relocations during construction.
