Designed for use by the State of Maryland and Baltimore County, this 180,000 square foot renovation and addition to the "Big Box" mercantile building incorporated concepts of "Green Architecture" including daylighting, low VOC products and recycling of demolished materials. The project was the winner of Maryland's Vision Award in 2003 for Best Redevelopment and Rehabilitation.
